  • Can I buy my training package on-ground?
    Yes, you definitely can at any of our arenas in cash or by credit card.
  • Do my sessions expire?
    No! Your Functional Training Package won't expire anytime.
  • Can I cancel my group classes package?
    Unfortunately once payment is completed, the package is non-refundable as per our terms & conditions.
  • How can I split or share my group training sessions with a friend?
    You can easily send sessions to any of your friends or family members through our 'BeFit 360' app.
  • Can I refund my personal training package?
    Only if you used two sessions or less. Make sure to read BeFit's Terms & Conditions on the mobile app and/or on the application form before signing up.
  • Can I cancel my gym membership?
    Unfortunately memberships bought are non-refundable. Please check the terms and conditions before signing up!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY JOINING ANY OF OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW AND HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS & CONDITIONS SECTION ON BEFIT 360 MOBILE APP:
 

  • "...I am committed to making a positive change in my health through my participation in any of BeFit activities and/ or services.

  • I understand that certain elements of any program can be physically demanding, and that I may need to change various aspects of my lifestyle in order to realize the goals I have set in this program. I realize that BeFit is responsible for the coaching I request and that I am responsible for my own participation in any of BeFit’s programs/ services, for my own physical and emotional well- being, and for the attainment of the goals I have set.

  • I hereby certify that I know of no medical problems that would increase my risk of illness and injury as a result of participation in a fitness program designed by BeFit LLC. BeFit LLC informed me that there exists the possibility of adverse physical changes during an exercise program, and I fully understand the same.

  • I agree not to be refunded any of the fees paid to any of the services offered and I understand that any amount paid is non-refundable and can only be transferable to a family member or friend if this applies.

  • ...In full consideration of the above mentioned risks and hazards and in full consideration of the fact that I am willingly and voluntarily participating in the activities made available by BeFit LLC, and with my full understanding of all of the above, I hereby waive, release, remise and discharge BeFit LLC and its agents, officers, principals and employees and volunteers, of any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action, or damages of any kind related to, arising from, or in any way connected with, my participation in BeFit LLC fitness programs/classes, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the above mentioned parties.. I have read and understood their Terms & Conditions as mentioned on their mobile app: BeFit 360..."
